Learnizee was created to support organizations in designing learning that is clear, purposeful, and aligned to real performance needs.

How we work

About the founder

Learnizee is led by Devolina Deshmukh, an experienced instructional designer with a strong focus on clarity, structure, and performance-aligned learning.

She has worked on a range of professional learning projects, including initiatives involving organizations such as AWS and IBM, supporting the design of structured, outcome-focused eLearning.

Devolina is also a coach and mentor at IDOL Academy, where she supports instructional designers in building practical, real-world learning solutions.

Her work emphasizes clear learning outcomes, practical, real-world application, structured instructional design, and thoughtful collaboration with stakeholders. Rather than adding complexity, the focus is on designing learning that is intentional, relevant, and effective.
